We could not be more thrilled with the customer service, timeliness, and quality of service we received. After speaking with Jenny on the phone we received same-day snow removal on our 3/4-mile, very steep, very icy private road. They listened well, honored our budget (with room to spare), and left the road pristine. Will 100% use this company again.

Tim came out to quote an excavation job for me. He gave me a quote but rather than just sell, he also gave me great advice, and suggested that I could get by, possibly for awhile, before having to shell out the big bucks. My scary looking dirt wall that previously slid is still holding... I appreciate his honesty and willingness to help without being solely focused on the big payday. I continuously use them for my stone needs and the ladies in the office are always super nice and beyond helpful. Will continue to use them, and would recommend to friends and family.

I can’t express my gratitude enough to Cochran excavating & 2 of their drivers. My truck went off the road as I tried to back up on my tiny one lane road when I encountered one of their trucks coming up the road yesterday. He immediately called his co worker further up the road to come help get my truck out. My husband stayed when I briefly went to the house - I didn’t personally get to thank them as they were driving off when I came back out…… so a very big & grateful thank you for your help😊 It’s so comforting to know there are good & caring people. Once again - thank you both from the bottom of my heart!

The BEST "in town" source for smaller quantities of mulch and stone. They have several colors of mulch, and all types of crushed stone. I have been a fairly regular customer for years, and have always found the office and yard staff to be very friendly and helpful. The pricing is very fair. Nothing in the negative reviews I see matches my experience.
