Cocoa Beach Parking Garage

Planned ahead for a long day at cocoa beach which needed to include safe, convenient and affordable parking. Low and behold, Cocoa Beach parking garage! Multi level garage, ample roomy spaces you pay for using the easy Passport Parking app. Arrived early before 10 am but I could see parking was filling up already! Convenient public bathrooms, showers which were clean and well lit. This garage is 5 minutes walk from the beach, shops,restaurants and gas station. City Hall is across the street. There are 2 EV charging stations on the 1st floor but they were occupied as early as 9 am that day. The convenience of leaving our change of clothes and cooler in the car instead of dragging it to the beach was a benefit. The cost for the day was $20, the app gives an option to extend the parking time

Easy access to everything in downtown cocoa beach. A tight squeeze for sure and no elevators. Only stairs. Handicap spots for only a few. However, you can park in any spot, for free, no app, as long as you have your handicap placard showing.

Ok. This parking garage is arguably the best parking garage I’ve seen at a beach town. It is about a block to the beach and right near all the restaurants. It has an all day pay option. Paying all day is great so you don’t have to worry about coming back at a certain time. Also, there are public restrooms and wash off areas. A lot of people call them showers, which they are, but they are in the open so really just away to rinse off sand before getting in the car. I wish more beach towns had garages like this. Perfect for the tourist looking to hit the beach and maybe watch a space launch.

Used the garage for the first time this weekend and during an event. Large and clean restrooms, outside showers to rinse the sand off, a block from the beach, easy pay terminal with 'no receipts' and, best of all, wide parking spaces to allow for loading and unloading space between cars. Easy ingress and egress too.

Arrived at 1 pm on a Saturday and had to pay the full day $20 because there was no other option. Parking spaces are kinda tight and they fill up fast. We were one of the last to get the top-floor spot. But very nice to be within walking distance of shops, good food, and beach access. Great amenities of bathrooms and showers.
