He took the time to explain what he thought we needed regarding an additional outlet and offered to come by for free to see what could be done. He rearranged his schedule to meet our availability and today I have a brand new fully-functional washer dryer thanks to his abilities and his son's assistance. Brad was very responsive over email and text. Came out within a week and had me set up with a charging outlet for our Tesla Y. His rates are reasonable and doesn't overcharge for the parts. Having him install a whole home surge protector next. Definitely recommend.
