Wish I could give 0 stars. Their ticketless system lets you in without using a credit card. Then forces you to pay the full ”lost ticket” price to get out. Basically held hostage until you pay outrageous fees. So I paid $60 to park for less than 4 hours. I’m contesting the charge with my credit card company as they do not provide adequate way for you to time stamp your arrival and have no receipts to prove your case. Do. Not. Park here.

Easy to use no paper waste must have CC or card tap function on phone. Very convenient

Rip-off merchants. Drove up and the entrance gate opened automatically letting us in. On the way out it asked us to put in our credit card to leave which we were not prompted for on the way in. The person on the help line wouldn’t let us out after explaining we were let in without being prompted for our card or given a ticket. Had to pay $60 “missing ticket” fee on a system that had “ticketless parking” on the screen on the way in. For an hours parking. To repeat that: we were charged a “missing ticket fee” of $60 while staring at a screen that said “ticketless system”. Feels like it should be looked into. Either the system is broken and they don’t care or they’re actively scamming people.

Terrible, unhelpful customer service. My the gate didn't open for my paid ticket, the customer service rep told me I had to go to the other exit. I told him there was a line behind me and he said I'd have to get each car to back up. Unreal! He wouldn't open the gate for me, because he said there was no way of knowing if I had actually paid - even though he could've checked my ticket. Not sure what his purpose is as a customer service rep. When I finally was able to use a working gate, the machine said my ticket had already been used and I had to pay the $45 for the "lost ticket" option to finally get out after about 20 minutes. Infuriating.
