This Google feedback is a bit long, but feel it is well deserved and warranted when you are making your second largest purchase in a lifetime. So here it is… We wanted a pool and spa that provided relaxation and play, but also a view from our home back windows that was inviting year round and tropical. Cody Pools turned our backyard into a tropical paradise! This team can make it happen. We are very pleased with the ownership of our new pool and spa. The tropical resort look and feel just outside our back door is phenomenal. We had a great experience working with Clayton and Chris on our pool. Chris helped us design our pool and pickleball court. He was very professional, and it was easy to work with him. We really enjoyed working with Clayton our project manager. His knowledge stood out right away. It was his attention to detail, downright caring, and pride about doing an outstanding job. This was the very best and fun experience my husband & I had building this pool. From the time we meet with Chris H & he worked with us answered all our questions & by no means was a pushy sales person. We know this was the right pool company for us to move forward with. Once we transferred to Clayton game over. He is the very best. Always answered all our questions was over on a regular basis to keep his eye on the project. I am finally writing my review of this AMAZING pool company! Cody Pools of Spring installed our amazing pool and hot tub and it is more than we could have ever imagined. It is literally a backyard oasis and has changed our entire life. Not only do we have a beautiful, relaxing place to enjoy every day, but friends and family and neighbors are over all the time, which is exactly what we wanted. Corey designed our pool and collaborated with us to get exactly what we wanted at the price point that worked for us. Reed Goetz was the most phenomenal project manager and was always willing and able to take my texts and phone calls, and stayed on top of each and every contractor. WOW! From the day we met Clayton and Chris, we knew we found our pool builders. Clayton walked us through the entire process from start to finish. Clayton was always there to answer questions when we had them. He even called when he was out of town and took care of an issue as well. We highly recommend them as they are very easy to work with and always kept us updated on the progress of our pool. The pool turned out beautiful and Clayton always checks on us even though the pool is finished. Highly recommend!!
