Coelho's Appliance

When I moved into my house in Whittier back in 2010, I didn’t have much left in my budget for appliances. Coelho’s Appliance set me up with a refurbished washer and dryer that worked flawlessly for more than five years. When one of them eventually needed service, they came out and repaired it quickly. Over the years I’ve replaced washers and dryers with other refurbished sets from Coelho’s, and every time it’s been a bargain. The prices have always been better than buying new, and in my experience, the refurbished appliances from Coelho’s have actually been more reliable and longer-lasting than brand-new ones.

It’s to bad they don’t stand by their appliances.. I bought a washer had problems a few days after delivery water leaking from the bottom he came to see it had to take it back to repair it, took a four or five days and now something else is not working! and he wants to charge me for the repair it’s been 3 months! It should be covered!!! It’s been one thing after another! Will never buy anything from them again.. watch out not a good way to service your clients… The price on repairs is outrageous! What a rip off!!!

They charge 150.. to come and look at it and they say if you agreed to get it fixed she said the 150 would be part of that cost but instead they didn't fix the leak and charged another 150 for the agitor and cleaned the lent from the dryer. The part whole part cost 60 but he didn't replace the whole part just the agitator rings for it. Don't do business here, they overcharge for everything and give no receipt. Worst choice for washer and dryer repair.

I have been using Coehlo as an appliance repair, and for purchasing used equipment for a very long time now. They are my first call. Mr and Mrs Coehlo are great people, and I have never had a problem with used items, and repairs.

My experience with them is with the pushy rude wife. I've been referring them with customers for over 4 months through work. Finally the day came when I needed a washer and she refused to work with me on a discount for all the referrals I've given them. All I asked for was $40 off a $290 washer they was selling. She REFUSED. She wouldn't let the husband speak to me to negotiate as if she wore the pants and made the decisions. RUDE! She even offered to remove my old washer if I made a purchased with tax for something used. They offer to remove your old one only to resell it for a profit. DEN OF THIEVES! Last time I ever refer them to anyone. Screw her!
