Called Cogar Plumbing when our hot water pressure suddenly died, leaving the entire house without hot water. They had Jason at our house within a couple hours of the initial call and he was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything that was going on (our super old water heater was shot and we'd need a new one). He was able to pick one up and install it that afternoon and had us up and running again. Not only did he leave the workspace cleaner than it was when he got here, he was extremely efficient (installing the new water heater and hauling away the old one on his own). It is always a great experience when a technician like Jason is the one to show up as he clearly knew what he was doing and was also very personable. I am definitely a fan of Cogar Plumbing. I called them recently to replace two toilets for my 94 year old stepdad. He had one toilet leaking and had called another company out to fix the problem. They wanted to charge him almost $500 for a new wax ring to solve the problem! Thankfully, he said no and just paid the $90 trip charge. Since they replaced all three of my toilets when I moved into my current house, I called Cogar. Chelsea was very pleasant and professional when she answered the phone. She said she could send someone out the next day. I ran up to Lowe's to buy the toilets for Cogar to pick them up. Jason, Tristan and Dalian were on the job. I didn't know who to call about a leak in my bathroom but s friend suggested Cogat plumbing. A quick call and Colin came the next morning. Quick, efficient, and friendly service and a reasonable price. Know who I'll call again next time I need someone. .

Tristan and Dalian installed a new water line today from the street to our home. They did a great job and answered all of my questions. Cogar's office staff kept me updated with the process and timing of the work. We have used Cogar's several times in the past and will continue to use them. Thank you!

Reached out to Cogar on Tuesday to resolve a slow tub draining..responded quickly Wednesday morning. Colin and Michael arrived promptly and expertly found the problem and cleaned out the 2nd floor drain line. Professional,friendly,respectful .
