Coin-OP Laundry

This place suck because the services is not good. For example, the washer made my blanket too wet, the dryer made my blanket smelled like charcoal, & there literally no bags in the vending machine. There nobody in charge in the whole laundry mats. And that why I’m rating a 1 star, too bad so sad.

Dryers that don't dry and management that change the hours so the clothes can't dry. 1 sign says a closing time, another one has a different time, and yet a manager comes in saying a different time, but eventhough other people are still drying, insists ours can't keep drying. My son's clothes came home hot and wet. Never going back.

This laundromat is FINALLY REOPEN after a 1 year shutdown due to the fire from the Mexican restaurant. The machines have been upgraded and regularly maintained. They also have the most number of working top load machines in the area. Their price per wash is among the lowest you will find in the area (i was paying more elsewhere for the past year). They re-opened yesterday on April 1 2022. It was not crowded yet as they have not done a grand re-opening. All the washers and dryers are working and all my 3 loads of laundry was done in less than an hour! I also met the manager on the premise and she was very nice. She was giving out free gifts to all new and returning customers!

This place was good when it was recently reopened. It’s gone down hill the past couple of months. Some dryers don’t dry. And some washers don’t drain. Some dryers overheat to the point where I opened it and smoke came out. All my clothes smelled horrible and shrank. I will be finding a new place. Don’t waste your time and money.

This place used to be great, affordable those dryers worked well. Went today and it was 2.75 to wash ok not the greatest price but my dryer broke so ok that is fine. Then went to the dryers did two rounds the clothes were still very damp put a third round oddly the clothes were still damp. The temperature of the dryers seem to have been lowered and the timer has been lowered to 7 mins instead of 10 so that you end up spending over a dollar to dry a tiny load of clothes. Yet if you drive 5 mins on lower azusa towards rosemead high school they charge about the same but those dryers actually dry your clothes with less money. I ended up packing my 5 loads of damp clothes and dried them at the other laundromat. Such a rip off never again. Save your money go somewhere else that has fuctional
