COIT Cleaning and Restoration

Excellent Service at the house. The Technician was very thorough. He’s did go out of his way to accommodate my requests. Office communications, falls short under the home service experience. Still, the work done on my home was great. I would use them again.

I called Coit cleaning services to clean some stairways landings and hallways in our house. Martin Corona came and did the job beautifully within one hour. The carpet is wool and a very light bluish gray. There were many tiny spot spots of dirt because we’re not particularly good at removing our shoes. Martin hand sprayed those little spots before he did the main cleaning and they were all gone. He was careful not to oversaturate the carpet because It’s wool and he didn’t want it to be too wet. I would highly recommend Coit Rug cleaning. I’m not an expert on the cost of cleaning carpet, but the price we were charged seemed very fair.

Scheduling and pick up was smooth and very professional. The technicians for upholstery cleaning and area rug pick up were nice and did a great job. But, drop off was not professional at all. This is how they left my rug during drop off. Is this your professional service after charging an upscale cleaning service fee? I was expecting the same quality of service from the beginning until the end. The quality of technicians seem hit -and-miss.

Very pleased with the service, timely. The drapes came back like new. I worried about the sheers as they are old, but they look beautiful. The man who picked up and rehung them was meticulous. I would highly recommend coit.

The agent Chris was right on time. There was a little glitch. He was missing apart to hook up to the water supply, but instead of counseling, he managed to find one in town and come back and do a sensational job on my Carpets. Hopefully they will continue to look that great when they’re dry. Thank you, Koit. We will call again.
