COIT Cleaning and Restoration

I am a real estate broker and often in older homes mold and termite issues can arise. I’ve mainly utilized Servpro for these needs but, an associate told me to call COIT. I am so happy I did. Ben, the owner answered the phone. I was impressed by that right off the bat. I explained my issues with a home sold and ready to close within a week. He told me about Paul, one of his technicians that has been with him for 19 years and was very well-versed and experienced in my problems. The urgency of the closing date was my biggest concern, but Paul called me later that day and set an appointment to come out the following day. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE THEY STOLE VALUABLE THINGS AND TOOK AN EXPENSIVE WATCH AND WOULDNT REPLY TO MY TEXT BACK TO RETURN STOLEN ITEMS AND TRIED TO QUICKY EVACUATE THE HOUSE AFTER CLEANING 1.5K STOLEN OUT OUR HOUSE AFTER CHANGING THE CARPET WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE EVER AGAIN…

Thank you for always cleaning my carpets this year will make it 1 year I have been with Coit! Coit cleans my carpets every 6months and boy do they do the best job. Iv Had several companies do it over the years and it comes clean but feels grainy and smells sour. COIT POINTED ME IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION! They care about their customers. They don’t just do the job and leave the recommend you to do certain thing and clean it every 6 months and I have noticed a difference in my home with 2 kids 2 dogs and a husband that works on cars. My carpet is 16 years old and you would never have thought it was as I’m told by several ppl. So again thank you Coit and even more thank you Melinda for recommending to use y’all.
