COIT Cleaning and Restoration

New carpet looks ruined!! Dirty looking streak marks everywhere. The carpet was installed 2 years ago and now it looks like 20 yr old carpet. I am so unhappy about this!!! Please fix the problem or totally refund my money so I can have another company clean up this mess!!! This is the worst carpet cleaning that I have ever had!!! As of 12-9-25, this issue is STILL unresolved. #BuyerBeware!!!

My home is 100 years old this year and I have lived here 40 of those years. It has seen lots of changes and survived the 1937 flood. This service is something I’ve never really thought about, but I was recently discussing the amount of dust collecting on my furniture with a friend and they suggested having my HVAC ductwork cleaned. I called several different companies and decided COIT was the best choice. Now that the service is complete I don’t think it’s me but my furnace is working better today. It was easy to schedule my appointment. My service person was very nice. He did a very good job. However, he billed me for a protectant that I did not ask for it was $100. I have no idea if he did that or not, but it was nothing I wanted. I called Quick. The woman on the phone was super nice and friendly. She told me the manager would call me back and no one ever did so it’s a work in progress I can’t tell you the end results. I can only tell you what happened so far.

Coit did an amazing job cleaning the duct work in my home from the first phone call I placed to get the job rolling....very professional in every way from the scheduler to the estimate to the two men who did the work. They were extremely respectful to me and my home. I have used them before and will definitely use them again. It was also nice to take advantage of the January special pricing. Due to the heavy snow, they also allowed me to change my cleaning date to a day in February and still gave me the discount.
