If there was an option to do 10 stars, I would definitely rate them 10 stars COIT, the owner buddy saved me I needed some drapes sprayed and he exceeded my expectations. Got it done in less than 24 hours And he worked after hours late night for me.i will be using them in the future, absolutely all the time. I highly highly recommend COIT. AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS BEYOND PERFECT.

Great company to work with. They are family owned, which is important to us, not paying a middle man. While the cost may seem high, it was worth every $. The owner worked with our busy schedule and we both spoke to them. Their girls came out and cleaned our 9 wood slat blinds on a Saturday, which I appreciated. Took our draperies and shears with pleats and they were done in 3 days and hung up by the owner. I appreciated the honesty of their daughter and our 20 year old blinds. We will definitely use them in the future.

My lady and I had been searching everywhere in Salt Lake to get our silk rug cleaned before our newborn arrives, and honestly, the process was frustrating either we were ignored, people never showed up, or they quoted us far outside our $1,000 budget also no one would inspect our rug for free but Buddy did and gave us his professional opinion and peace of mind. Then we found Buddy and Genie. From the very first contact, the difference was clear. Their response time was lightning fast, their communication was honest, friendly, and professional, and they treated us like family. They picked up our silk rug, cleaned it, and delivered it back looking better than we could have ever imagined.

We are so incredibly grateful to Buddy and everyone at COIT! Our basement had some flooding after the big rainfall this past weekend and he was at our house quickly to begin extracting the water (Saturday evening, 10/4). His quick response no doubt saved us from having to tear out both carpeting and padding. He was very diligent with checking the area for water and ensuring that everything was dried out over the coming days. After confirming all was dried out, he got us set up with someone to come replace the padding and re-lay the carpet. This was then followed by a carpet cleaner so we could ensure that everything was good to go. I never imagined such a quick and diligent response. We are so glad that we were referred to Buddy and COIT, and we appreciate their hard work and diligence in

From start to finish, the team was responsive, professional, and incredibly personable. Having them in my home, felt like friends stopping by to lighten the load. After our home flooded, there was not an inch of space that did not need the TLC provided by this team. They made coming home feel like nothing had ever happened… and in many ways, even better!
