COIT Cleaning and Restoration

Troy did a great job on our carpets and dryer vent. He worked for nearly three hours straight. He took the time needed to be thorough. He showed me the build up from the vent and communication was great. Very professional and polite.

I didn’t feel he gave enough notice to the very few spots I brought to his attention. He told me he got the coffee spill out. A few hours of dry time and I noticed it was still there, not as dark but not gone. I put some rug shampoo on it about 30 hours after he “cleaned” it. The next morning (48 hours after he left) I ran my small rug shampoo machine over it with warm water and rug shampoo. I got it completely out. If he had treated the spill it would have come out. The spill had only been there about 8 hours. I knew He was due so I didn’t pull out my machine to clean it. We had all the furniture moved and rug vacuumed. We made it as easy as possible and our rug was in like new shape. The pet urine smell by my slider ( the reason we called you) seems to be better. The dog is not allowe

The cleaner showed up as scheduled and cleaned my couch. He did a so so job. After he was finished, he asked me what I thought of the job he did. I asked him to go over 3 areas to see if he could do a more thorough job. He did so. Things looked a little better then. He again asked me if I was satisfied. How am I supposed to know if he could or couldn't get off any more dirt? The couch does look cleaner. It hardly looks new. Not sure I would use Coit again.

Two very courteous men came to the house and though they were not completely successful in getting the stains out the end result was much better than when they started. It had been a long time since the chairs had bee cleaned. Overall it was a very positive experience.

Jameal our cleaner/technician was polite, courteous and very knowledgeable and skilled. He kept me in constant touch as to what time he would arrive so I wasn't waiting around long. Which was terrific. He did an excellent job and thorough job. The carpets were filthy and they looked brand new!! Thank you Jameal and Coit Cleaners. I'll be using your services again.
