We had either the owner or a technician come out on June 18th to provide a quote for a split system and furnace. He was professional during the visit and took photos, asked questions, and did a thorough job assessing our needs. He estimated the project would cost around $28,000 before calculating the exact numbers and said he’d follow up with a formal quote within a week. Unfortunately, we never received the quote. My husband called the main office about a week ago to follow up, and the person we spoke with said she’d pass along the message. As of today, we still haven’t heard back. We appreciate the initial visit, but just a heads-up, if you’re expecting a quote, there’s a chance you may not receive one.

Installed I new high efficiency boiler and works great. Always listen when I have a question even helped programming the thermostat. Showed up when promised. Left the area clean when finished.

Where to begin. I got 5 estimates for a mini split system in my house. Appointment was scheduled for same week i initially called. Chris was a few minutes early for our appointment. Very clean, polite, easy to talk to. He asked all the right questions, had answers for everyone of my many many questions.(I had done extensive research before deciding on this heating/cooling method). Chris took many measurements, asked about insulation, age of windows, electrical accessibility, my life style regarding how hot/cold I like it, my expectations of the mini split. He was here over 1 hour. He stated he would come back the following day with written, complete estimate. My technician, Dave was not only professional he immediately figured out my AC issue. He was able to come out the same day that I called! Highly recommend!

Most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. Showed up to give me a price to install a new boiler. Copped a attitude with me over my choice of boiler and said we are done here and good luck finding someone to do the job. Had no problem finding someone else who was willing to do the job. Wouldn't recommend this Company at all.
