I reached out to this company about a fall clean-up and snow removal services. Justin came out and gave me a reasonable quote. I accepted his offer for snow removal but declined the offer for fall clean-up which I thought was elevated to just push leaves into the tree line. I asked how do I solidify the agreement to become a snow removal customer. Justin told me just an old fashioned hand shake. Well when the first big snow came around I reached out again to confirm service and Justin stated that while he was too busy to get to me the day of the big snow he would be there first thing the next morning. I told Justin that I had work and school in the morning and would need service early. He promised to be there at 4am to plow my driveway. Long story short he was a no show, no call. I had

The recent winter storm laid down 12in+. I had originally tried to get on Cold Spring's snow plow route, but it was already fully booked. A few days after the storm, I reached out again after our oil truck wouldn't deliver despite the driveway being partially cleared (long inclined gravel driveway, it was slightly sketchy). Justin came by and plowed the next day, it was a huge improvement. There was a spot I had needed cleared that was missed on the first pass. Asked Justin to come back to clear the spot, which he did the first thing the next morning. While I felt $200 was a bit steep, it was well worth it to be able to have full access again. Justin Pill ( Cold Spring Lawn & Landscape). Justin and his crew just finished a huge job for us in less than a day and a half. They cut down 8 big trees, chipped them, planted new trees and mulched them, seeded some areas and trimmed some overgrown brush. He left the chips in an area we selected so we could use them in other places around the property. All this plus more was done in just hours. I couldn’t believe it! The cleanup was amazing, you would never know there was so much work done just hours before! He has a super hardworking crew, they never stopped. Justin himself is one of the nicest hardworking people you will ever meet, easy to talk to and will give you his expertise advice. He will be there exactly when he says he will be there! Today we had Justin and his hardworking crew remove 90+ ft of privet hedge and install fencing. They also did some leveling with topsoil and planted grass. I am beyond happy with the results! Justin responded promptly to my request for a quote and was very friendly and professional. A pleasure to deal with. It was obvious to me today that they work as a "well oiled machine". Every employee (and Justin) got straight to work and seemed to know exactly what was expected of them. They completed the job more quickly than I had expected and cleaned up everything. I recommend Cold Spring Lawn and Landscape without reservation and would not hesitate to use them in the future should the need arise.

2023: Justin and crew came through and went above for a “curb appeal” spruced-up on our driveway entrance, the new and improved “welcome” to our home. I’ve added “before” and “after” photos to show the great improvement. The new plantings look great and are nicely arranged. His crew mulched and cleaned up the entire property, and the new entrance was done on time (yeven with approaching storm and work late in day).
