ColdNet

Im a contractor and have been working with daizuki for a while. Bought a system from them and my condenser came with a leak. I provided everything they needed and then some. The moment I needed a warranty from them, they went missing. Cant get anyone to help me. They've been giving me the run around for over a month now. I'm having to charge up my customers unit every other week in order to keep them running. This is bad customer service to the max. I don't work that way and for a small business such as myself, this affects me tremendously. At this point I have lost hope in getting my problem resolved. I'm going to have to just purchase another unit from another brand in order to save my customer and reputation. Something I have worked very hard for, for over 15 years.

I’m the Maintenance Coordinator at a college. Based on my experience with the only product I’ve purchased from ColdNet, compressors for mini splits, here’s my opinion. First of all, I was impressed with the packaging that I received. Compressors were well protected. For my application, these second source compressors fit the bill for me. I will be buying more without question.

Don't purchase from them unless you're a thousand percent sure. The part did not work on my unit and I tried to return and they said no returns. I even offered to pay the shipping back to them. I don't trust companies like this. Use at your own risk
