Coldspring: New York Countertop & Landscaping Center

Coldspring absolutely saved the day! I made the mistake of using halogen bulbs in my discontinued CB2 flush mounts, which scorched the alabaster glass. I was convinced I’d have to trash the expensive fixtures until I called Coldspring on a whim. Even though my "tiny" project was a drop in the bucket for them, they didn’t brush me off. They immediately understood the assignment and cut custom alabaster to my exact specs. I’m out here in Colorado and they’re all the way in New York, but the distance didn't matter—the communication via phone and text was seamless and the shipping was incredibly fast. It’s rare to find a business this accommodating and precise. They saved my lighting and my budget!

We had a wonderful experience in having our kitchen countertop fabricated by Coldspring Countertops. My husband and I went to their location in Ausable Forks, New York. It's a very interesting location because it is the site of a quarry and an office and they have large slabs of local and imported stone in their yard. My husband loved a slab called fantasy brown but it was already reserved for another customer. As we were talking with the salesman we saw a truck pull in and it had another shipment of fantasy brown slabs on it and we selected a lovely slab. A Coldspring employee came to our home and measured and made a template for the countertop. He invited us to come to their shop to lay the template on the slab the way we wanted it. Went crazy trying to match granite that I installed 19 years ago. They got it it for me, cut, and polished it. (I'm getting too old for that stuff) Beautiful job! Thank you Tammy A. Michael B. and the very helpful guys in the garage who helped me load the granite on my trailer!
