When I first bought my house, I went through 5 different HVAC companies before coming across Cole Air. They were the only company who took our concerns seriously and fixed our AC issue. Heat went out in the middle of winter sometime during the night. I called for earliest availability and had a technician at my house that SAME DAY within 2 hours of my initial call. Noah and his helper were very professional, knowledgeable, and determined. These guys fixed my heat just in time for the 2nd arctic blast this week. Best HVAC company in SWLA. When you're spending a lot of money it's important to trust the company. Dustin has diagnosed humidity issues at my house when others didn't have a clue, he is one of the most knowledgeable HVAC guys I've ever met. Robert was quick and efficient when doing service for me.

Noah and his helper were very prompt- knowledgeable and efficient. Also, they were not put off by my hovering about to learn more about my system. I like to ask questions and Noah answered them well which is helpful to me. They were not afraid to get dirty in cramped spaces if needed. Will call again for future hvac needs.
