Had a great experience with Coleman American Moving Service Inc. I had the great pleasure of working with Mr. Hunter & Mr.Leon they were very professional, polite, and very helpful with providing information and resources. Delivery today was excellent!! Leon and Hunter were professional, very knowledgeable and just really nice, they exceeded expectations! Communication by phone and text, arrived when delivery time was set. It is refreshing that they both made sure I was 100% satisfied with the delivery. I can’t say enough good things about Hunter and his teammate, Leon. They showed up after what I know was a tough day, but you would never have guessed it from the way they treated us. Hunter took the time to patiently explain all the forms and procedures so we felt completely at ease, and then the two of them jumped right in and unpacked our belongings with speed, care, and such positive energy. What stood out most was their kindness and professionalism — they didn’t just move boxes, they made the whole experience feel lighter and less stressful. We are so grateful for their hard work and the respect they showed us and our things. We engaged Coleman to move furniture and other items from Hilton Head Island to three separate destinations, one in Indiana and two in Virginia. The team that handled the packing and loading consisted of two terrific young men named Hunter and Leon. They were upbeat and extremely friendly from the moment they arrived, which is even more special considering that this was their last stop after a very long day. They worked quickly, efficiently and professionally while keeping us informed at every step along the way. I have to state that we had an issue with Coleman’s back office lack of communication on the day of the move but the exemplary work of Hunter and Leon made us feel comfortable and confident that everything would be handled correctly.
