We got quotes from a few roofing companies to replace a metal roof on a small house. Coleman Roofing gave several options that included a few with better pricing than the competitors. A previous "roof repair" guy (Jimmy Gorman) refused to uphold his 5-year warranty that he gave for the roof, so I had to find a way to fix the leak. The roof needed to be replaced, so we had it replaced with a superior roof. The work was done within a day or two and it has held up to all of the storms that have come through. The only con I have is that there were a lot of screws and metal pieces around the yard that I picked up with a magnet before mowing, but I think that would be the case with any metal roof replacement. Overall, everyone is very happy with the new roof and it looks great.

Coleman Roofing replaced my roof, installed gutters, and repaired the indoor leak damage from my old roof. They were prompt, communicative, transparent, and patient. I never felt like I was being pushed into any decisions, and all my questions were thoroughly answered. In particular, I would recommend Chris Odell from Coleman Roofing, who proved to be extremely knowledgeable, professional, contientious, and trustworthy throughout the entire process. Coleman Roofing did an incredible job; my roof and gutters look amazing. I have owned historic houses since 2007, and this was one of the best contracter experiences I have ever had.

I have used Coleman Roofing quite a few times and highly recommend them! They installed my gutters a few years ago, repaired a leak in my roof after the last hurricane and just recently, installed leaf guards on the gutters. Chris is very knowledgeable and kept me up to date. He completed the install in a day. Great workmanship and friendly.

Exceptional!! Josh Trout is the ultimate professional and all around good guy. He went above and beyond any expectations. This was the second roof Coleman installed for me, the first was 2008, unfortunately Feb. hail resulted in the need to replace. Josh was there for me throughout the claim process, and with Justin's assistance, they made the claim process easy for me!! The installation crew was exceptional too. They performed a brilliant job on my flat roof, highly recommended to everyone, and the degree of craftsmanship we received was truly outstanding. The roof repair team was great to work with and communication with the main office was good.
