College Dudes Help U Move-Raleigh Movers

Shady… It’s unfortunate I have to write this review because ultimately the crew I had they did a fantastic job and they were timely and seemed to be good dudes. But unfortunately in closing they never ended up discussing the 50$ deposit I had made for booking the appointment. I also gave them each 25$ tip out of my own pocket. When I contacted the company and manager letting them know what happened since I paid them 50$ more than I needed to and they were not willing to make it right by giving me either my deposit back or just giving me the 50$ in cash I had given them. AB who was the manager called me after and basically just hit me with justification as to why they don’t feel they need to give me my money back. Go elsewhere

Alex and Noah did a good job for us. They arrived on time and were in uniform. They worked very hard the entire move and the price of the move was exactly what we anticipated. The company followed up during and after the move to make sure that everything went smooth.

Update: While I had a pleasant experience with the movers, the conclusion of my service has been unprofessional. I paid for my moving services and was due a refund for overpayment. It's been almost two weeks since my move and after speaking with someone at their office, they have yet to issue my refund. BEWARE!!! I've used other moving services and never had any issues.

They helped me moved at the beginning of June. I decided to go with them because it was the only company available in the morning hours. Since then, everything went wrong. They showed up after lunch, workers were not friendly. Their job was careless with many boxes falling out of the truck in my presence. To make long story short, I am still waiting for reimbursements of damaged to furniture and items. Do not recommend them!

My move was mismanaged from the start. The crew I was promised was not the crew that was sent. I later learned that the driver was hired on the spot the morning of my move and had never worked for the company previously. I was told that the other driver had called in sick, only to find out the truth later, that he had quit due to issues with management. The crew ignored my suggestion that the driveway at the destination would be difficult to maneuver. Instead of walking the driveway first to ensure they took the right angles, they instead managed to get the truck stuck, and caused damage to my neighbor’s fence. A tow truck was required to pull them out. They then proceeded to get a second smaller truck stuck also requiring a tow truck. This led to an overnight stay for a move that
