had an absolutely fantastic experience with College Hill Plumbing. We had a backed-up drain pipe late on a Friday and I called them around 5 p.m. They sent Frank, one of their plumbers, out within just about 30 minutes, and by 5:30 p.m., the issue was completely fixed! Frank did an amazing job, and we were really impressed with how quickly and smoothly everything went. I can’t recommend College Hill Plumbing highly enough for their prompt and top-notch service!

My parents recommended your company to replace my water heater. They used your services at their house and were very happy with the job you did. A couple of months ago, I called to schedule an estimate. The person I spoke with took my address and information and said someone would come by the next day but that never happened. When I called again, no one answered. We tried reaching out to other companies but weren’t convinced, so we decided to give you another try and scheduled another appointment. Well, the appointment was for today, and you were supposed to come around 3 p.m. Guess what? I’m still here waiting… The least you could have done was call to let me know if the appointment needed to be rescheduled or if something came up. This has been really frustrating and disappointing. Called in the morning about an issue, and they had a tech here within about an hour. Aaron was friendly and knowledgeable. Extremely cost effective for the amount of work done.

Jeff and Frank are the BEST!! Competent and professional...gets it right. For example today, after servicing furnace for cold season, Frank turned right around and sorted my pop-up emitter issues in the mud and pouring rain.
