College Hunks Hauling Junk and Moving

This was the worst move of my life and do not recommend college hunks. We hired them for our move and was quoted 851 and then charged 1591. The movers took their time the first hour and definitely was dragging out to incur more time nothing was moved in the first hour. Then they damaged a lot of our furniture our dresser was damaged and lots of knicks on multiple pieces. Also they couldn’t get our couch out spent an hour trying to do that took off our doors caused so much damage our landlord didn’t give us our deposit and damaged the couch and ended up leaving the couch behind for us to deal with. They also took off two bedroom doors and didn’t even want to put those back up they expected us to do it until I said something. Meanwhile the next day my mother in law and my self took apart the

AVOID THIS COMPANY! I absolutely hate this company and do NOTTT recommend them. They STOLE my furniture!!! They are dishonest and will charge you a completely different price once they actually arrive on site than what they quoted you for before. They’ll also take your furniture and NEVER CONTACT YOU AGAIN!! My job was over 2 weeks ago and I’m unable to get in touch with anyone regarding where my furniture was taken! The main line is completely useless and keeps saying they contacted the local franchise and a supervisor or manager will get back to me but no one ever calls me back! I’ve reported them to the Better Business Bureau and may pursue legal action. I encourage you to AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!! They are scam artists and thieves and completely dishonest!!!

I highly recomment College Hunks Moving. They contacted before the moving date and again on the delivery date as to time of arrival. They arrived as scheduled with great service, very smooth move away and and at the new resisdence. Nate and his crew were exceptionallh friendly, moved carefully and quickly. All items moved and arrived safe with no problems. Pricing was unbelievablely good for all that they did. If you need moveing or junk removal service Call College Hunks. I highly, highly recommend College Hunks. The gentlemen, Nate, and Nate, were absolutely fantastic. They showed up on time, and got everything moved into the rental and storage quickly. Impeccable customer service. Those guys worked their tails off and did it with smiles on their faces. Absolute pleasure to work with. I will 100% be using you all again when we move into our house in the near future. Nate and Nate, thank you both for everything.

I have utilized college hunks multiple times for junk removal and moving. During my last move I paid extra for installation services. The movers incorrectly hung my headboard - ruining the headboard and the walls of my rental. Since then I called on January 26th and was advised I could open an insurance claim and a manager would call me back in 3-5 days. It is now February 17th I have called multiple times since then every time I get told I will receive a call back from a manger before end of business. I have yet to receive a call. My property was ruined and I was charged hefty fees. I have never experienced such poor customer service and am at a loss for how to recover my damages. This company is terrible I would never recommend for the high premiums we pay to be with an insured mover but
