Here's why I love it: · Price: Incredibly affordable. $10 for 4 hours and $15 for 24 hours destroys the arena's $40+ pricing. · Location: In a great spot. It's a quick 10-minute walk to the Kasaya arena entrance. · Availability: I have always found a parking space, even when it's busy. · Convenience: In-and-out access is included, which is very handy. Stop driving in circles looking for a spot. Park here, enjoy the short walk, and save your money for the event itself

This is an amazing garage. It is much nicer, safer, and way more affordable than the other garages nearby. I love that they had security patrolling and how they work to keep it clean. If you are coming to this part of Miami, you want to park your car here.

College Station Parking is super convenient and well-located! 🚗📍 I always park here when heading to Miami Station or the Bay Area. The lot is safe, easy to access, and the pricing is fair for the quality and location. Definitely my go-to spot whenever I need reliable parking!

It can occasionally be challenging to locate parking on the first and second levels. You may find more available spaces on the higher floors. The price is reasonable at $15.00 for 24 hours.
