College Works Painting

I used College Works Painting, operated by Home Genius Exteriors, to paint the exterior of my home and repair some wood siding. The paint started peeling in two years and the carpentry work that was done was horrible. I reached out to College Works because I had a five year warranty. They referred me to their owners at Home Genius Exteriors. It took over a year to get someone to look at the shoddy craftsmanship. Once they came out they refused to repair the carpentry work that was done and wouldn't touch up the paint left by the gaps from the poor carpentry. Bottom line, I wouldn't use this company again. I overpaid for the work and there are much better contractors out there. Also, they just hired a subcontractor for the work so that explains the price and why they had no idea of the work

We recently had our home painted by College Works Painting in Austin, TX. Ariel was our college intern and was very professional, polite and diligent. She saw to it that our job was completed fully as promised. The team she sent to do the painting on our house was also very professional and efficient. We opted to sign off on the prep work before the painting portion of the job was started, which I would recommend. We also opted to pay extra to have some of the carpentry work completed through College Works and we were very satisfied with the price and quality of the work. Overall, it was a good value and I enjoyed doing business with the whole team.

College Works Painting did a great job and we had a wonderful person to work with. Rachel Shelton did an awesome job from our first meeting till the job was completed. She was very thorough going over our house noticing things that needed to be taken care of in order for the job to be completed correctly. She kept in contact with us before the job was started as well as during the entire painting process. She made sure that we were satisfied with the job. The crew did an awesome job on painting and keeping the area clean through out the entire process. Awesome group to work with.

I would like to recommend College Works painting. Nicole Tyler was our contact and handled the project very well. We knew we had some rotten siding that would need to be replaced and this was included in Nicole's bid. Once they started working, we realized we needed all the siding replaced. Nicole worked with us to get a price for the whole job that was within our budget. Nicole helped us pick out the right color of paint for our house. She even helped us pick the right color blue for our Porch ceilings. The crew that came to do the work was a very good crew. They cleaned up every night and did a very good job.
