Collins Heating & Air

On Nov.9th 2025 we found ourselves at 4am with our alarm going off for a carbon monoxide leak. The fire, police and ambulance were called by our alarm company and we had to leave our home until Collins Heating and Air came and inspected our furnace. It turned out we had three broken heat cylinders which wouldn’t let the furnace it was caused by out cooling coil on top of the furnace used to cool with the central air system. It had a leak and it dripped onto the heating ciylindees and caused them to crack. Thank God it didn’t .lite even though it caused the carbon monoxide to build in the house because it was past the point explosive levels. Kenny is nothing but professional and amazing at what he does. He made time for me during a time of year he is absolutely flooded with phone calls. Beyond grateful he showed up within 6 hours of me calling and diagnosed and fixed my issue for half of the cost that 3 other companies wanted to charge that also couldn't come for 5-7 days. Collins heating came out when my heating was down and it was in the 20s. They were very professional and fixed my problem. Definitely would recommend

Kenny is one of the good guys. Took lots of time with us to find the reason for such high Duke bill . Lesson learned, don't always assume it is your heating system!!

Kenny, has always done a great job for me. He comes when he says he will, checks out the furnace finds out what's going on. He will fix it right then, if not, gets the parts asap, comes back fixes it. Customer service is great. 👍
