Collins Lock & Safe

My elderly neighbors locked themselves outside of their home for the 2nd time in only 20 years. Miss Lexi was able to swiftly arrive to their residence and get them some warmth in this cold, windy weather. She was also very polite, professional, generous & graceful with their situation. So I want to give a big heartfelt thank you to her & Collins Lock & Safe!! Y’all are awesome!!!

I can not speak highly enough about this company, between the lovely secretary who got My appointment scheduled in less than 10 minutes, to the excellent technician Edward who was just all the way around exceptional. The service was excellent and went above and beyond my expectations, especially since I went through two different companies to before reaching Collins. Truly I cannot come up with the words to illustrate how amazing this was, and I am definitely going to be a returning costumer!

Terrible place. Brought my car to them to get a new lock put on the driver side door. Upon pickup the trim piece handle cover over the lock is missing. After asking them about it they said they lost it and can’t help me. Didn’t care at all that they damaged my car and lost a piece of it, They charge me the full amount for replacing the lock. Now after spending my money to get the lock cover trim piece I find that I will have to remove the lock to put the trim piece back on. Complete waste of time. Don’t bother using them. Customer service has gone way downhill, to the point they have none and don’t stand by their work or take care of their mistakes. Go out of town if you have to to avoid these people.

I went in to get a new key cut and programmed for my car. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, and they took care of my needsin timely manner. I shopped around, and I couldn’t beat their prices.

Amazing customer service started with Lexi who immediately dispatched Edward to fix a lock. I received several communications while waiting for Edward to arrive; very reassuring. Edward was not only polite, but very knowledgeable and he ha my lock fixed in a matter of minutes! EXCELLENT team!!
