Spoke to Bob, he walked me through a locked garage door. Super kind, knowledgeable, professional, patient and got my remote fixed over the phone. Cannot say enough for Collins Garage Co.

Came to service Garage door springs for my grandfather. Right off the bat, We attempted to get the cars out of the garage so they can be as close to the garage as possible as he was pulling in. We were met with frustration. My grandfather is in a walker and the garage door was shut so he did not have the ability to get his pressure washer, air compressor and a half a bag of mulch out of the way for their step ladder. When the guy came in, he was putting pressure on him for having stuff in the way. My grandfather frantically started to move the stuff. He almost fell backwards on his head, and thankfully, I just got there in time to catch him. The older gentleman had absolutely no will to be helpful in moving the very few things out of the way.
