The sign directing you to the lot and the sign entering the lot both say $5 for first hour. After you park, go to the meter to pay and after you enter your license plate, it says $10 for first hour.

The owner decided to town my van even though I paid. I have the receipts and it seemed pretty straightforward. I came back after two days with friends to find my vehicle gone! He was a terribly rude and mean on the phone. Cursing and screaming at me as if HE was the one being inconvenienced. I was calm and just wanted to get my van and not pay for the unjustified tow. He finally agreed to pay for the tow and I'll never return. Avoid this place if want to keep your vehicle safe and deal with reasonable people.

Just got the notice in yhe mail that i owe them $85 for parking there for an hour and a half even though i payed for parking!!!!! This is an outrage what a rip off!!!!

This place was horrible!!! Towed our car after we were 10 minutes late. Left a 9 yr old boy stranded. This was a horrible horrible experience!!!!!

horribe, la dueña, magaly, no tuvo ni una consideracion con noostros luego de que intentaran llevarle la camioneta una vez, y me la llevaran otra vez al deposito con el guinche por su culpa por q mi pago no quedo registrado en su sistema y su maquina no tenia papel para darme el recibo, no me dio ni una sola solucion ni un solo detalle para compensar, ni siquiera se ofrecio el uber q me tuve q tomar al deposito a buscar mi camioneta q se me llevaron por su culpa.
