Bob and his team at Colonial Carpentry did incredible, high-quality work on our home that will last decades. It all looks gorgeous, and hiring them to remodel our house was the best decision we ever made! Bob was the only contractor who believed in us and our idea (to take down a load-bearing wall between the kitchen and living room). All the other contractors said it was too much work, it wasn't worth it, they didn't want to do it. Bob and his crew put a massive support beam in the attic and pulled it off, and we couldn't be more grateful. It opened up the entire space and made it livable. Of the many projects we’ve done with Bob and CCI, this was by far the largest and most complicated to date. The project was an ADU above our garage for a family member. Aside from the quality workmanship we have come to expect from Bob and his team, they got us through all the codes, rules, and regulations required to complete our project. Colonial Carpentry did a kitchen and bathroom remodel last year. When our dryer vent became disconnected due to being jarred loose, it only took one call to Bob and his team. They immediately scheduled a time to come back to our house and made the repair even better than the connection was before.
