If I could give zero stars, I would. After losing our home to a fire, we trusted this company with one of the most important and emotionally difficult rebuilds of our lives. Unfortunately, the experience has been nothing short of a nightmare, and we are deeply disappointed. From the moment the contract was signed, communication fell off completely. The only time we reliably heard from them was when it was time to make the next payment. Important design choices that were discussed and agreed upon were ignored or altered without consultation — including reducing the size of our master bathroom by half and failing to reinstall our original master closet. We had an amazing experience with Colonial Construction! After a horrible experience with another contractor following a natural disaster, they go us back on track and rebuilt our house quickly and beautifully. The Fragomele family and the whole team at Colonial were very professional and responsive. We couldn't be more pleased.

My experience with colonial was great. They stood by their work. I noticed a problem with the project almost a year later. I called the office and they were out to my house the same day with a plan to correct the issue. The person I communicate with at their office, she was very apologetic. I’m a happy customer.

My home was a disaster area - smoke, water and fire damage. Within hours Colonial responded and had secured my home. And seven months later I moved back into a completely rebuilt, beautiful, better than new, home. I had 24x7 access to Joe Fragomele and his team and we worked closely together to rebuild the house within budget while addressing all of what I needed and wanted.

Extremely satisfied. Helpful on design and provided suggestions throughout. From project lead to each sub - everyone was courteous and professional. We stayed in the house throughout - very understanding with scheduling.
