Worked with Ruben and his brother Ben to handle an insurance claim on a full roof replacement for the sale of our home. They came out before the adjuster to inspect the roof and came day of the adjusters inspection to complete the ITEL report and document the matching shingle. We were on a time crunch to get this done for our buyers and Ruben worked with both the buyers and I to get the new roof color and schedule the replacement for next day. Their crew showed up on time and did well with the clean up job and installation. They also came in under budget for the replacement which helped my wife and I with the insurance costs. I appreciate the attentiveness they gave us during what was a very stressful 48 hours for our family and their ability to work well within our budget to get the job

Beware! I purchased my home in 2020, and the previous owner had a new roof put on only days before closing, as agreed upon. Thirty days later the gutter guard in the back of my home began to come real loose, and they replaced it. Five years later, I thought I had seen the same happening with the gutter guard on the front, so believing everything was still under warranty, I called Colonial. I was given an estimate of $1200 to "repair" just the ONE gutter shield on the front. My home is very small 995 sq. feet and less than 33 linear feet in length. $1200!!!
