Colonial Marble and Granite

Awful experience with Colonial. The first thing was where one of the counter seams was sealed together. It turned orange in less than a couple of hours. However, they did come out and resolve this. The second thing that they are not taking ownership for is putting a dent in our wall. But the main issue was the damage they did to our dish washer. When they removed the old counter top it took off a couple of what looked to be like 1 inch wooden support beams. Therefore, our countertop is sitting lower (hence why you can see exposed dry wall) so as they were rushing out the door I noticed that we could no longer open our dishwasher. They were forcing it open and closed which scratched the top of our control panel. When I asked how they would fix it, I was told the following day that the plu

Colonial has a massive selection of stunning options! They did our Kicthen, bathroom and laundry room. They guarantee their products and services and work with you to achieve your desired end results! We could be happier, they are beautiful. We will be back for future projects.

Never again. Deceitful and not to be trusted business practices (read to the end). I waited a few weeks before posting this review to see if management would respond to an email that I sent regarding false and deceitful work that was done, but apparently only bad "reviews" get a response. So much for the "care" in wecare. It all started with the initial vanity and sink installation. The technicians arrived but forgot the sinks (ok, things happen, read on). We were told that they would come back Monday, but no one showed. Apparently they don't do installs on Monday (ok fine, the technician misspoke, read on). A few days later the two sinks were installed (yay). The next day, the plumbers (who charged us $$ for work that they couldn't complete) informed us that both sinks were defect

2nd experience with Colonial and just as happy again! Good pricing, knowledgeable staff and they met the promised timeline. Install crew was professional and left the work area clean. I’d you need stone anything head to Colonial.

Ridiculously poor customer service! Multiple mistakes throughout the process and after over a month since installation, I still have no resolution or plan of action. The last interaction involved 2 representatives coming to my house to remeasure since they were mis-measured the first time even though I pointed this out prior to installation. They showed up without any tools to measure—pretty much sums up this experience. Still waiting with scratched up, chipped up, incorrectly sized poorly finished countertops.
