Customer Reviews
I recently had granite countertops installed from this company. The showroom and sales portion were fine, the problem arrived with the measurment and installation. The guy who came to measure was very rude and did not want to hear any opinions but his, he assumed he was right, as an engineer, I can tell you he was 100% wrong with his measurements and it shows. The installation team were nice, however, they broke one of my counters. They decided to glue to broken piece back together, which I was fine with if I was going to be compensated for the damages as it was a small piece and is able to be hidden. The problem is that I did not pay for a broken/repaired countertop, I paid for a flawless countertop. When this concern was brought to management, I never received a response. My stove is cro
I had my countertop made here, which involved cutting the stone, and the color turned out completely different from what was originally agreed upon. On top of that, the service from the staff was rude and highly unprofessional. I clearly ordered the correct size and specified the color, all of which were documented in the Home Depot report. However, the employee did not review the report carefully at all. I tried to be understanding, but the way the staff spoke to me was unacceptable. Referring to a customer as “nasty” demonstrates a serious lack of professionalism and basic customer service standards. The workmanship was poor and showed a lack of technical skill. At the very least, an apology should have been offered. This was a paid service — not free — yet both the color and the size
I highly recommend Colonial Marble and Granite. I must’ve spent four months going showroom to showroom and getting prices for granite countertops in my kitchen. After looking at hundreds of different types of granite and probably 30 different show rooms, I decided to go with Columbia. Their price was great. The entire measuring process and installation was quick and easy. The seam by the sink is very small And they cut my island perfectly to snug the wall. My countertops came out beautifully and made my kitchen looks amazing.
We wanted to do a quick look at countertop slabs to compare some after we saved for a kitchen remodel recently. This was a few weeks ago, just after the Christmas chaos at our house. My husband asked me to go here since I was off for the week. As I drove up, there was no sign that I could see to let me know I was at the correct business and I had to go by my cars GPS. Very odd. I talked to one of the salesmen (who was very professional) when I finally decided to enter and we went around to look at some granite countertops. There were some nice options but I was freezing the whole time, even when inside the showroom/office. I decided to make it a short visit and told them I would come back with my husband, but I never really intended to, and I imagine right now people are pretty uncomfortab
I’ll start off by saying the countertop we picked is beautiful. Unfortunately, they overcharged us for a portion of it and it took many phone calls to get that money back. They also cut the piece for our bar incorrectly. They came out and fixed it, but it’s not perfect and I have to live with it. Then they came to install the backsplash. We paid $250 for a template so we could see layout design depending on how it was cut. I discussed it with their tech, and the layout was picked. Unfortunately again, it was installed incorrectly. This time I was ready, and told them before they finished the install, but they wouldn’t listen and told me just to put something in front of the seam -which looks terrible! Numerous calls to them about it has resulted in them not calling me back or fix
