I needed a garage door repair and was pleasantly surprised when I called and Lisa answered. She explained that due to my location, it might be a couple weeks. However, I received a call and was told they could be here Monday morning. Again, I was pleasantly surprised. First thing Monday morning, two gentlemen showed up and an hour later, parts were replaced and working fine! Very polite gentlemen, in fortunately, I didn't think to get their names. Would definitely use them again if needed and highly recommend this business! Thank you!

This experience was fantastic! I called Lisa and she gave me a quote the same day. They ordered the sandtone garage doors with windows for me at an expected lead time of 6 weeks including installation. To my surprise Jim called me saying they were ready to install at week 3! Jim came in the am dropped the doors off and his guys installed 2 doors in about 2 hours. They are very responsive and cater to your needs. You can tell this is a family owned business that cares about their customers. Not only did they answer every question I had but also had beat every competitors price. I will never go with another garage door company again and will be recommending to friends and family. Thank you guys!!

An excellent choice for garage repair needs! My husband and I have used them twice now for repairs and they will always be our go-to company. Last Monday night, my garage door extension spring broke. I called first thing on Tuesday morning and they had someone to my house by 8:45 am. The staff is friendly, priceless are great and the service is top-notch. I highly recommend Colonial Overhead!

Called on a recommendation from a friend after the company we used for 25 years plus never called me back! Jim was professional on the phone quoted a fantastic price they showed up exactly when they said they would to install a new garage door opener in no time perfect job and for the price they said! Also came all the way from Johnstown to Schenectady fantastic company and I will spread the word thanks again!

First experience for basic repair was a good experience. I had some more extensive work done and had water barriers placed and they leak. We called and were told their techs arent responsible for prepping a surface and it should have been prepped prior to their arrival. We could have easily prepped the surface and been ready but we had no idea that 1. The surface would need to be prepped by us because we were not told and 2. They came without a warning while we were away on vacation. No communication on their part. So I sat on the bill for 30 days. I got 6 calls today alone. Payment was mailed last week and probably in today's mail but it's amazing how responsive they have become.
