"🚨 Terrible Experience with Colonial Parking in Wilmington, DE 🚨 I was parking at the Colonial Parking facility in Wilmington, DE, and my rear windshield got busted out 😡. The worst part? There were NO barriers or warnings to alert me I was getting too close to the structure. Zero protection, zero guidance. Just a huge mistake waiting to happen. Their lack of attention to safety is mind-boggling. I expected better from a reputable parking facility. I was stuck with a broken windshield and extra expenses after speaking with their senior management and simply being told they’re not liable 🙄. Colonial Parking, you need to step up your game. Add some barriers or warnings, please! 1/5 stars - would NOT recommend." 😤

Outrageously high prices for parking in my area. Late fees that don't make sense. Confusing website and even more confusing customer service. They will tell you something over the phone and then not follow through. All that trouble and I'm the only one parked in the lot. They would rather have an empty parking lot than to take care of their customers.

They will screw you out of an entire month of parking money if you don’t cancel within a certain time period and won’t refund it. A bunch of crooks running this place. Avoid

I have no clue how to get my car out. The gates were down and the door was locked. Had to take an uber home.

Ok, a little packed but I guess that's normal. They might wanna expand... more parking spots needed
