Staff is very friendly and will help you with any questions regarding parking. My car broke down and the staff was very knowledgeable about what should be expected. Helped me with towing questions and my badge access . Thank you, very much for your patience and kindness.
Always use a card to pay and get a receipt! Garage uses a faulty token system. Attendant watched me pay with cash, then as we're trying to file out I put my token in and it says I never paid... Next time I'll park a few blocks from the venue and walk over.
I lost my car and the attendants rallied Around Me To Locate it. I was From Out of town and It was Getting dark. Thank You staff that Helped Me
the worst of the worst. attendant caught lying and refusing to try to help hang up on you. worst non-existent customer service there is.
Convenient to Queen Theater but expensive. $14.00 for few hours for a concert.
