They put the cheapest material into their houses and if you rent with them do not be late on rent or they will evict you even if you have a kid, a single mom, and have medical problems! Rented with them 5 years. Would not even answer a text just put the eviction on my door! Was having medical problems so I lost my job and was a couple weeks behind. I explained I was waiting for my unemployment but they did not care nor would they even answer a simple text! They evicted me and literally 4 days later I recieved my unemployment plus back pay! They would have had all their rent and late fees. Now I am back to work and doing better. I will say they were good about major repairs getting fixed. But they do not value their long time tenants they just want more and more money!

I don't know this company and have not ever been at this business !
