Guys, it’s a parking deck. It’s free for two hours with your parking ticket validated through whoever you purchased food with. There is always somewhere to park as they have many levels and the levels all indicate on a digital monitor How many parking spaces are left on that level And they’ll let you know which level has parking available. It’s easy to locate the elevators to get to the shops/restaurants and to get back to your car. just go back to the colored level you parked on and remember where you parked. I usually take a picture of the section I’m in, but it’s not so big where your key fob won’t be able to help you locate your vehicle. I used to park on the street, but I found the entry point over by the W hotel and some say there’s another entry point or two, but I enter in by the W

The night time lady manager was extremely unprofessional and rude . We came in to eat at saints and council for dinner . We were unable to validate the license plate due to it being a new car with temp tags. We showed them our receipts for dinner at the parking and the guy helping said it was fine , however , the lady on the phone was being nasty not only with us but with the employee she sent out . She stated she couldn’t look up the license plate although both the restaurant and the another attendants said it could be done . Then made us pay $30 to leave the parking garage . I have never been spoken to so rudely but by the way she talks to her staff like trash I can only imagine . Terrible experience for a first time use for dinner plans.

My wife parked for dinner at Colony Square. It took her over 15-20 minutes to find a spot. Her parking was validated through the restaurant and should have charged $3. There was extreme traffic in the parking deck to exit and it took about 45 minutes or more to exit the parking deck. When she went to pay, it charged her $50!!! I emailed and called to try to resolve. I was told that parking was only validated for 4.5 hours, but since it took 5 hours to exit, my validation was no longer valid. Also, the standard flat rate is $35, but they increased the rate due to a special event, which there were no signs indicating. They said they would look at the video footage to see if there were any unusual back-ups. They said they looked at video and saw nothing at the exits. I'm not sure what video f

Avoid this place at all cost! Somebody hit our car while parked here for just over an hour. Had our parking validated for 2 hours and still had to pay! Plus they wont release any surveillance footage to us without a police report which we have been trying to get for 6 hours now.

Lauren, working on the assistance call team at the payment machine June 5, 2025 at 2:00 pm, was rude to me. The call for assistance button was broken, i had an employee for this company come over and confirm it. My price went up when trying to work around their broken machine. She refused to let me pay the original price when i arrived $9 instead she said she didn’t believe the call button was broken and charged me 10.50. I have $1.50 but the disrespect was unpleasant. I won’t be choosing to park in this deck in the future because of the disrespect. Just honor the original price before I wasted time trying to navigate the broken machinery **update** Rob, someone higher up on the payment team at the parking deck then came on and wanted to charge me $90 because, in my distress during the in
