I’ve used Colony Stone for several projects, not only in the house I live in but for my other rental properties. I used a different company and not only did they do a botch job, they wouldn’t fix it or take any accountability and they were so expensive. That’s how I met Dave and his team at Colony Stone, they were quick to come check out to the job and see what I needed and gave me a more than fair quote, not only did they fix what the other company refused to, they did a 10x better job and they were more than reasonable priced especially with how nice and quick a job they did, i wish I found them the first time! I had a home built in 2022 and used Colony Stone for the stucco and stone work. The owner Mr David Seijas and crew did a magnificent job in a timely manner. I also used him again in 2024 for stone and stucco work on my detached garage, and again he and crew came through with excellent work

We hired Colony Stone for the exterior stucco and engineered stone on our new construction build and spa, and we couldn't be more pleased. David and his team were professional, reliable, and demonstrated outstanding craftsmanship throughout the entire process. The front of the house has stucco resembling wood siding and it looks very authentic. The final finish is perfect, and their attention to detail around the windows and trim is impressive. We are very impressed with their work and would highly recommend their professional and skilled crew.

We hired Colony Stone to apply a stucco exterior finish for a new two story residential build in 2020. Dave and the Colony staff were as professional as one could ever hope to find. They understand their product fully, the required process and all the applicable building codes involved. They met our completion timeline and budget as well..
