Color Me Mine

This was surprisingly more fun than I anticipated! Our niece and nephew had a blast, and so did myself and my husband! We probably spent at least 2 hours here. This is such a fun activity for the whole family! Highly recommend! They need about a week to fire the pottery so plan to come back to pick up your art in a week. Also my niece made a lamp and they are including the lamp hardware when we pick it up included in the price of her piece. We spent between $21-$44 on each piece of pottery we chose.

i’ve always had a great experience here until tonight. came in with a few other girls to celebrate our friends birthday! we walked in at 7:30 and were greeted by two girls. immediately after we were greeted, one girl (kate, dirty blonde with bangs) whispered to her “ugh what time is it” and the original girl (nora, long thin brown hair with glasses) (probably gave us fake names who knows) then turns to us and said “just so you’re aware we close at 9” we said “we know”(cause we specifically made sure to be in enough time before closing) and she replied with “so you know that gives you an hour and a half to paint” we replied “that’s perfect!”. 8:30 comes around and she said we have 15 mins to start wrapping up, no problem! as we are finishing up, it’s 8:45 and 2 of the 4 girls in our group

We had a great time! We had three girls ages 10, 12, and 13 and they all had a fantastic time painting pottery. My mother in law and I were able to sit and chat while the girls painted. It was pretty busy since it was Christmas break. If you’re coming during a break, I would recommend making a reservation if you can. It also took quite a bit longer than expected. We were there for 3 1/2 hours and we had medium sized pieces so plan accordingly if you’re painting with someone detail oriented! We hope to be back soon!

This is such a fun place to have a girls night. The studio fee is $8 and the pottery ranges in price (I picked the $18 plate). The staff were so kind and helpful, I’m glad that this place has stayed for so many years. There are a variety of plates, bowls, vases, etc to pick from as well as more whimsical/fun pieces like unicorns, dogs, and skateboards.
