Color Me Mine

I've been coming to Color Me Mine for many years and have always had a great time. Kai and Mack are usually working when I go with my friends, and they always take great care of us and are super nice. I urge fellow painters to consider that the employees are constantly taking care of a full store of customers with groups of people coming in and out, so if they can't assist you IMMEDIATELY, it's because they are helping someone else, answering phone calls, ringing customers up, or carrying out their other store tasks in order to efficiently get our pottery pieces ready. They WILL come and assist you as soon as possible- we can practice a little patience and being kind to the very diligent and experienced employees. I always have a lot of fun going thanks to the nice selections of pottery

We dropped in on a Sunday and we were lucky to get a spot, but heard you can get on the waiting list 😁 The entire experience was amazing! Even though the studio was full of people, the vibe was great and it didn't seem crowded or overwhelming. The staff was very accommodating and friendly!! 💯💯 The only downside is the anticipation of waiting to pick it up. ❤️ Thank you!!

My mom and I were in for Mother’s Day and had a great time! Once or twice, staff forgot supplies we requested (paint refill, tools) but it was very busy for the holiday so it’s not even worth docking a star - I could totally understand! On busier days, I’d recommend getting there at mall open to secure your spot. We never felt pressured by the time limits (in place to make sure everyone can get a chance to paint) but did do our best to respect them! Overall, a great time. Can’t wait to see my final product!

I had a very old set of gift cards that we went there to use and outside of the prices being high, which is fine because I know how much more rent can be. One of the cards wasn’t working and the employee said it’s because there’s a little scratch on the back and she can’t manually enter it so said that the owner would have to Contact her to fix it. I said that was fine. They kept the card there. I asked her to put my name on it just so there wouldn’t be any confusion if it got lost and waited weeks. It wasn’t taken care of when I went back to pick up my piece so I asked if I could take it with me and they could follow up and she said yes and I followed up at least four times over five months and never got a single call or email from the owner or a reply.
