Question, if a place closes at 8, doesn’t that mean that they have to see customers until 8? Seems like bad business practice to say to someone when they come in at 7:20 that they will have to kick them out at 8 because the place closes at 8. Maybe I’m just old fashioned.

Here is my “review”. I had these $8 off studio fee cards given to me our last visit. I genuinely enjoyed this place, which is why I wanted to come today on Valentine’s Day. Please keep in mind no where on the card, states we must leave a review in order to redeem the $8 off studio fee. The person that gave them to me on my last visit..did not verbally tell me we had to leave a review. The lady did not want to honor it at all. Which I find that very disappointing, in the end we paid for the studio fee. I can care less if we had to but why push on these reviews so much when they should be authentic.
