Color Tile CarpetsPlus

We hired this company to do our backsplash back in 2019 and I completely forgot to do a review. Randy was amazing and his guys did a great job on our backsplash. The tile we picked out with him and the design was exactly what we were looking for when we remodeled our kitchen. Very professional work and it came out beautiful.

This is the second time we have used color tile for luxury vynal and we will continue to do business with this company. They were very helpful in the store and we were able to take samples home. Randy was quick to schedule a quote and came back with a fair price. Josh did the installation and did a great job. The flooring looks awesome, great customer service, good people.

Nice selection (and variety of colors) of the tile I was looking for; however, the gentleman was less than helpful. He may have been an owner since he mentioned he'll call his partner to ask. Since none of the tile had prices on them I asked if there was some type of pricing code. Nope, I need to ask him. I told him my price range I wanted to stay within (which was far from low but not the most expensive). He waved his hands over a few sections and said "these". I picked one out and it was 45% more than I wanted to spend. Asked him if they were having a supply issue and are the tiles all in stock. "We buy from a wholesaler so it's not a problem" Picked another tile out. He called and it's been made (in Spain) but hasn't shipped (from Spain). The only time he was "helpful" is when asked if

Derek and Randy are my go-to guys for tile and flooring. They provide honest feedback, have provided excellent manufacturer accountability, and quick turnaround on estimates and questions and fair pricing. They treat me like I am their only customer and that earns my loyalty to their business. You won't go wrong here.

Derek, who is a business partner at this store, has very poor customer communication skills. He just lost a regular customer because of his rude phone manors. He even said I should go to another flooring company when I called him out on his bad attitude. Too bad because Randy has always been so easy to work with. Unfortunately, I will never go back.
