We had an unexpected renovation since the former owners of our house didn’t see the need for a wax toilet seal after replacing some floors. Jacob, Gabe, Adrian and Mario were all so helpful and prompt getting everything torn out and cleaned up! They set up floor protection and plastic film on the doors of the rooms that they were working on so the rest of the house didn’t get messy and they were all very patient with my curious dogs. Hopefully we don’t need their services in the future but if I do I won’t hesitate to reach back out.

Slightly unusual job as Colorado Cleanup Services typically handles water, mold, fire and trauma mitigation but I had a water issue with my vehicle and the team from Colorado Cleanup Services absolutely exceeded my expectations. The four guys who worked on it, Jeremy, Adrian, Jacob and David were professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough from start to finish. They explained everything clearly, treated my vehicle with care, and made a stressful situation so much easier to deal with. You can tell they take pride in their work and genuinely care about doing the job right. CCS has been amazing from the start. Great communication and they walked us through the process thoroughly, answering all of our questions along the way. We worked with Tommy for the mitigation and he was fantastic. CCS made a horrible experience (water damage) much less scary. Randy came out to provide an estimate for the rebuild and he went above and beyond. He is absolutely amazing. He really provides exceptional customer service, giving us helpful advice and providing detailed information. We had to go back and ask him more questions multiple times because of insurance developments and despite it being weeks and sometimes months later, he was gracious and went above and beyond to help us through it all. Great job. Very professional and worked quickly and efficiently. Would definitely recommend. Adrian and Mario were both extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They both addressed all of our concerns and kept area they worked on tidy. Had a follow up visit once cabinet dried. Again Adrian and Mario were very professional. They walked me through my options and answered all my questions. I was impressed with their expertise. I also appreciated that they cleaned up as they went. Mario, Adrian, Felipe, and their crew did an exceptional job at packing up all of our house, placing it in storage for a month, and then bringing everything back, unpacking everything and putting everything back to its original location. They also performed a deep clean of the entire house eliminating all of the dust from the remodelers which always seems ends up everywhere. A number of items including furniture were severely soiled by our work crew and seemed to be destined to have to be replaced. They performed miracles in cleaning this terrible mess such that you couldn't tell that they were ever soiled. I cannot emphasize enough what a fantastic job this crew did for us.
