We are very happy with our new floor and the service and attention we received from everyone at CHF. Pete was extremely helpful, easy to work with.and went above and beyond to be sure we were pleased with the new floor. The project was completed within the time and cost originally estimated and is beautiful! We laced in an old floor with new wood and you would never know by looking at it. Beautiful job! We had existing red oak floors that needed areas toothed in to complete. They sanded and refinished to perfection. The crews showed up on time, and finished within the allotted time given to me. Thanks to crew form Colorado Hardwood Floors that made our house look amazing.

My experience with Colorado Hardwood Floors was not a particularly pleasant one. I paid CHF to refinish 1250 sq ft of flooring including some repair work, stain, and bona hd traffic finish. This work began on Monday 10/30. For most of that week, I only had one worker that was at my house. This meant work wasn't even completed until the following Tuesday, 11/07! Very frustrating as I had already taken two weeks off work at that point. According to their website, a typical hardwood floor refinish takes anywhere from 2-4 days from start to finish depending on the size and complexity. In the end, the floors do look much better. Colorado Hardwood Floors are amazing! From the time we called to inquire up until the finish, everyone was great. Open communication, professionalism and courtesy among everyone. We remodeled our 5th wheel and it was a unique project. The installer, Victor, did not miss a beat and the floors look amazing! We are truly happy with everything!
