Colorado Homes & Design Remodeling was awesome. Jamin and his designer Gina had great communication and gave us a detailed plan before starting. Their workers were amazing—professional and kept the house clean. They handled our layout changes, moved a sliding door, and built a fence, and everything turned out great. Highly recommend!

Had a door to door guy show up because he was planning a job in the neighborhood you know how they are. He offered free roof inspections so I let him go up and do his thing by the end of it he sent me serval pictures no real details explains anything that constitutes a new roof but recommended it. So I called these guys to get a second opinion they sent Jacob out to do the inspection and while I was working when he arrived my wife had more details then I would have ever considered. He explains soft metal damages like your gutters that the insurance looks at. He took his time and while he found a few damaged shingles he also found that there was really only a small area where a repair/patch needed to be done. We worked with Gina, Jamin, and Jose to renovate our bathroom and completely redesign and renovate our kitchen. The planning and design process was smooth. Gina was very helpful and patient as we thought through our options and we appreciated the line by line estimates for both materials and labor, which helped us to prioritize what we wanted done and stay within our budget. The project timeline was 8-12 weeks, and we were very close to that 12 week mark. They order all the materials ahead of time, so there aren't holdups waiting on some small item to arrive. We did move out during construction and the only communication was via a group text thread, which was frustrating at times. I work with Alpine Glass. Recently, we were hired to do a handful of showers for Colorado Home and Design. The jobs were professionally run. The communication has been excellent and the projects ran fairly smoothly. The team over at CHD: Gina, Nicole and Jamin have been great to work with! Colorado Homes & Design completed a kitchen remodel for us. Ashlie designed a gorgeous plan and stay involved the entire project. Ben was the project manager. Very professional, a great communicator, and easy to work with. Kelly completed most of the remodel work. We could not be happier with the results. Ashlie’s design completely opened up our kitchen to our family room. We love it. Jamin and Ashlie put together the plan and the budget, detailed and well organized. As with all remodels, there are always issues that arise, such as our plumbing being buried in cement, but these guys were calm, found solutions, and we worked around issues that arose.
