Colorado Pools Inc.

We had a pool designed, and the designer recommended Colorado Pools to install the pool. The pool is beautiful; however, the water slide was installed about 2 inches too low, which has created problems with the cover. Dave promised to adjust the cover to fix the gap between the cover and the wall, but when the fix didn't work, he hired Quality Pools to fix it - WITHOUT communicating to me that he was subcontracting this out. Quality Pools then charged ME PERSONALLY to fix this mistake when they should have invoiced Colorado Pools. I tried to talk to Dave about why I was charged for this fix, but he now refuses to answer emails or texts, even though that is how we communicated in the past. I'm stuck trying to get the $160 refunded to fix a construction defect that is in no way my fault

It has always been a pleasure doing business with Colorado Pools Inc. Mary has always been friendly, professional and is such an amazing person to do business with. I definitely recommend this company!
