Colt, Sam, and the entire crew, have built my family a beautiful home & barn. We brought some ideas to them and Sam was able to draw exactly what we were looking for. Everyone, from the framers to the painters, and everyone in-between, are extremely talented. We appreciate Colt's honesty and his willingness to do what we're asking. The guys would always give us great advice when we weren't sure about something. You don't get this type of personable service everywhere. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Our family decided to build a pool, pool house and extend an exterior porch area, including a large screened porch and chose Colt Simmons Construction LLC. We realized this was an out of the box project and not the typical stick-built house build. Colt was in for the challenge. We could not have been more pleased in the craftsmanship and beauty of the finished product. It's more than we ever imagined. The detail of their work, professionalism and knowledge was excellent. I couldn't find a house plan that I liked, so I drew a basic sketch of what I had in mind and took it to Colt Simmons. He looked at my sketch, drew the floor plan, and built me a beautiful home. His crew was professional, courteous, and kept the work site clean. The quality is second to none.
