Over a year after the system was installed a random flickering of the power in my home caused an unusual error code, turned my heat off in the middle of the coldest part of the year, this all happening on aSaturday night. I called the owner, Adam, and he was at my house in under an hour and had my system back up and running.

My dad’s furnace broke down in the middle of the 20 degree cold snap and Brittany was able schedule us an emergency appointment in spite of Adam’s already busy schedule. Adam quickly diagnosed the problem and got the heat back on in short order. We are so grateful and impressed with Adam’s expertise and down to earth attitude and cannot say enough great things about our experience. Adam and Brittany are awesome! Adam re-did our entire house with a new HVAC several years ago and we continue to be so happy with his work! He comes annually to clean the furnace, and comes quickly when we have anything funky happen with our rather old furnace. When we needed a propane heater installed in the barn to keep us warm this winter, he was our first call. We love Coltella - excellent work, fair pricing, great response and scheduling!
